The WPFSI Founders' Reception is an opportunity for us to celebrate our WesGold Fellows accomplishments over the past year while paying homage to the legacy and works of leaders who embody the vision the WPFSI Founders set forth. The leaders honored at the reception are also selected because they have been identified as mentors and role models for our WesGold Fellows.
The 2019 Founders' Reception will feature music, gourmet cuisine, networking and an awards ceremony recognizing the work of our WesGold Fellows.
The WesGold Fellows is a highly intensive and rewarding summer internship program focusing on personal and professional development. Over the course of eight weeks, 15 high school students are guided through curriculum based instruction, experiential learning opportunities, uniquely engaging field trips, and professional development training. Our Fellows receive and manage a savings account from Wells Fargo Bank, with matching funds of up to $2,000 available from WPFSI.
As we continue to build bridges across generations and wealth disparities, WesGold Fellows is POWERING FORWARD developing our next generation of leaders who will Engage, Impact and Grow our economy.
